    I had an outstanding experience with Suddath Moving & Storage, especially with Angel Oquendo and the packing crew led by Iider Ramos from NonStop Movers out of Charlotte. From the moment they arrived, everyone was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. It was obvious they take great pride in their work. Every item was carefully wrapped and packed with exceptional attention to detail, and they treated my belongings with the same care and respect they would their own. Moving is stressful, but Angel, Iider, and the entire crew made the packing process smooth and gave me confidence that my belongings are well protected while they’re in transit. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitudes made the entire experience a great one. Although my household goods haven’t arrived at my new home yet, I wanted to recognize Angel Oquendo, Iider Ramos, and the entire crew for the outstanding service they provided. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.

    Best Moving experience I have ever had. I had a great moving team. They wrapped every piece of furniture beautifully and transported it without incident. Took apart the furniture and put it back together seamlessly. Highly recommend this moving company. And the price was very reasonable and competitive.

    The moving process itself was outstanding. The crew, led by Alvaro, was exceptional. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and packed and unpacked everything with great care and professionalism. Nothing was damaged, including several delicate and sentimental items. They were courteous, communicated well throughout the process, and made what is usually a very stressful experience go remarkably smoothly. I also felt the quote was fair for the amount of work involved, and I was very pleased with the overall value and quality of service. My only point of constructive feedback is regarding scheduling. I wish the company could commit to a specific delivery date and time with more advance notice. I was moving between two high-rise apartment buildings in dense urban areas, where reserving loading docks and freight elevators typically requires at least two weeks’ notice. Unfortunately, even when we were about 10 days out, I still couldn’t get a firm delivery date and time. That created unnecessary logistical challenges and required last-minute coordination with both apartment buildings. That said, once the schedule was finalized, everything went exactly as planned. Based on the professionalism of Alvaro and his crew, I would absolutely use this company again and would confidently recommend them to others.
