Unfortunately in the moving industry, stories of dishonest or fraudulent service providers are not uncommon. You do not have to look far to find someone who has been given misleading information or even completely ripped off by a moving company, and in most cases it happens with smaller, “one truck” operations that are fairly new to the area.
