1. Are packing and unpacking services provided?

2. Do you have storage facilities?
We offer warehousing and storage solutions through our climate-controlled, fully secured facilities. We’re happy to offer a full facility tour for all clients.

3. How are cubicles and partitions handled?
Our qualified, trained furniture installers specialize in commercial office products and handle cubicle and partition wall takedown and installation.

4. How is fragile inventory or machinery protected?
Machinery, fragile items and delicate inventory are protected with the right material for the job, including moving blankets, bubble wrap and custom moving crates to ensure complete protection and safety.

5. Do you dissemble and reassemble furniture?
Furniture disassembly and reassembly of office desks, returns and U-shaped desks are part of our standard services, offered in every office move. Our trained furniture installers can handle complex, unique and custom furniture.

6. Are the floors protected during the move?
We use Masonite on all marble floors and other sensitive flooring types. We protect all carpets with plastic carpet masking in high-traffic areas.

7. How are items organized during the office relocation?
We believe detailed organization is key in moving offices, and label every item moved to assist with tracking, organization and reassembly during the office relocation process.

8. Do you move offices within the same building?
We are happy to provide internal relocations for businesses changing offices within the same building.

9. Where can I get materials for a commercial move?
We include the cost of commercial moving materials in every proposal. Those materials include shrink-wrap, cartons, crates, labels, bubble wrap, tape and other necessities required during relocation.

10. Do we have to pack the contents of file cabinets?
Lateral file cabinets should be emptied with the minimum being the top two or three drawers. Vertical file cabinets can remain loaded. However, if the relocation will require traversing stairs, all file cabinets should be completely emptied for safety.

11. Do you have the resources to move my office out of state?
Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics can move your office to any location across the nation. We use Air-Ride vans equipped with special moving pads to safeguard equipment and furnishings during transport.

12. Can you move us after business hours or over the weekend?
We’re happy to offer after-hours and weekend office-moving services to minimize the impact of office relocation on your company.

13. Do you provide insurance coverage for the value of my inventory?
We offer carrier-based liability valuation based on $.60 per pound per article. We can offer replacement value protection based on the total value of the items being relocated.

14. Do you provide building insurance?
We maintain general liability and workman’s’ compensation insurance for services provided within tenant buildings.

15. Is your company insured and licensed?
Yes, and we’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of our license upon request.
